临床病史

A64-year-oldwomanpresentedtoourhospitalwithseveralweeksofintermittentjaundiceandmildepigastrialtenderness.Physicalexaminationwasunremarkable.Laboratoryexaminationsrevealedelevatedbilirubinprofilethatsuggestedobstructivejaundice.

患者，64岁，女性。因间歇性黄疸和上腹部轻度压痛数周入院。查体无异样。实验室检查发现胆红素升高，建议为梗阻性黄疸。
